What My Service Covers

Diemer Insurance Agency is an independent car insurance consultant. It is not an insurance company and does not underwrite or issue policies.

I help drivers understand policy wording, choose the right level of auto insurance, request a quote and get support with claims and policy changes. Cover itself is issued by licensed insurance carriers, and any policy you take out is a contract between you and that carrier.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing here promises that a certain policy, price or outcome will be available to you.

Who Can Use This Site

This service is for United States residents who are old enough to enter a binding contract and can legally hold or be named on an auto insurance policy. By sending a request, you confirm that both are true.

Your Account

Keep your login details private. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has used your account, tell me straight away so I can help secure it.

Accurate Information

Any quote depends on the details you give about your car, the drivers and how the car is used. Wrong or missing details can change a price, change what a policy covers or lead a carrier to refuse a claim later.

Please keep your details up to date and tell me about changes such as a new address, a new car or an added driver as soon as they happen.

Quotes and Cover Decisions

A quote is an estimate based on the details available at the time and on carrier rules that can change without notice. A quote is not an offer of cover. Cover starts only once a carrier accepts it and confirms it in writing.

Final terms, exclusions, limits and deductibles are set out in the policy documents from the carrier. Those documents come first over anything shown on this site.

Electronic Communications

By using this site, you agree to receive notices and documents from me by email. If you give consent at signup, I may also send marketing text messages about my car insurance consulting services, coverage check-in invitations and tips on insuring high-value cars to the number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, and replying HELP sends you help details. Consent is optional and is not a condition of getting a quote or purchasing any product or service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this site to send false details, pretend to be someone else, copy or scrape content, disrupt how the site runs or try to reach areas that are not open to the public.

I may limit or remove access where use of the site breaks these terms or puts others at risk.

Links to Other Sites

Links to carrier sites and other outside resources are given for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy rules, and I do not control their content.

Intellectual Property

The text, layout, graphics and code on this site belong to the site owner unless marked otherwise. You may view the content for personal use, but you may not republish, resell or reuse it for business purposes without written permission.

Disclaimer and Limit of Liability

The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, including any promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using the site, relying on a quote or a decision made by an insurance carrier.

Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute about this site or my service will be settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court. Each side gives up the right to a jury trial and the right to join a class or group action.

Arbitration will be handled by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules. Either side may still bring a qualifying matter in small claims court.

Governing Law

These terms follow the laws of the state where the office listed below is based, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms when my service or the law changes. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version. If you keep using the site after an update, the new terms apply.
